Sadiya Naseem, DNP, FNP-BC, is a Doctor of Nursing Practice and a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than nine years of experience in advanced medical aesthetics and non-surgical procedures.
Sadiya specializes in Botox and dermal filler injections, Natural Growth Factor (NGF) injections for hair restoration, scar revision, skin rejuvenation, PDO thread lifts and more. She uses only FDA-approved devices for microneedling and laser skin treatments, prioritizing safety and quality in every procedure. Sadiya is also highly trained in ultrasound, allowing her to get the best look at each patient’s unique anatomy, ensuring safety, accuracy and providing truly individualized treatment options.
Sadiya earned both her undergraduate and doctoral degrees from George Mason University, where she also serves as an Adjunct Professor of Clinical Nursing.

Leiling Chen, PhD, FNP-BC, is a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner with many years of clinical experience across primary care, walk-in/urgent care, and aesthetic medicine.
Leiling manages a wide range of common medical conditions including hypertension, diabetes, metabolic and weight-related concerns. His role at the Sadiya Clinic is to round out the robust offerings of the clinic by providing medical assistance, diabetes management, and a focus on hormones, as well as injections and joint issues through Point of Care Ultrasound (POCUS).
He provides individualized treatment plans and completes all treatments with utmost precision, enhanced diagnostic accuracy, and guides patients through the entire process, offering support and safe, effective treatment decisions.
Leiling has extensively trained in and specializes in treating joints under ultrasound guidance, leveraging regenerative treatments such as Natural Growth Factor (NGF), with a focus on targeted rejuvenation.
Leiling also focuses on hormone therapy and injections, specializing in testosterone treatment for both male and female patients. He offers solutions related to sexual wellness, menopausal care, sexual dysfunction, and more. His approach is a full 360-degree view of wellness, helping patients improve health, mobility, and confidence.
